 When the month of February comes around, it’s hard not to think of one thing. Love.

I remember one year on Valentines Day, walking down the street and seeing people literally stop and stare at men who walked with ginormous bouquets of flowers. There were groups of girls at happy hour, complaining to each other and passing around a pitcher of sangria.

What is it about this day that makes us all go a little love struck?

 February 14th should be a day to recognize you, not someone else or what you don’t have in your life. So today, do something truly important. Love yourself. Be your own source of warmth, light and encouragement.
