7 Confidence Boosting Mantras

With Spring right around the corner, things are starting to bloom all around us. This transition from Winter to Spring can be intimidating as we shed our winter layers. Perhaps doubts and insecurities are arising that have been buried under your "winter coat". 

Any seasonal change is a perfect invitation to transform your way of thinking. Using mantras during meditation will help make positive transformations part of a daily practice. 

These seven mantras will help boost your self-esteem, unleash your hidden confidence, and bring vitality and energy into your life:

I feel secure in who I am, and do not need to compare myself to others.

I am enough.

Fear is just a call for love.

I have the strength, the love, the knowledge, and the right intentions.

I am confident.

I am worthy and valuable.

Today I choose to honor my beauty, my strength and my uniqueness.

Repeating these mantras strengthens its energy and that conversation with yourself gets louder until you are living your best life ever.
