We’re celebrating the summer solstice by focusing on JOY! We’re embracing play, laughter, ease and wonder as we transition through the seasons. This series is all about inspiring lightness in our daily practice. Join us for 21 days of meditation, journaling prompts, reflections, and rituals to celebrate and welcome the summer solstice.
Mala owner and founder, Ashley Wray, guides us on this series. For the next 21 days we’re going to explore joy. How can we live with joy? What does joy mean to you? How have you felt it in your life — as a child, as an adult? And how can you give yourself permission to live with joy? Through these rituals, meditations and reflections we will explore how to embrace joy in our daily life. While still honoring any other emotions that arise. How would your life change if you were in a state of joy? This practice will be light, playful, curious and full of wonder. We hope this inspires ease, happiness and joy in your life.

WEEK 1: THE INVITATION
This week is an invitation to return to a place of childlike joy and wonder. We’re welcoming play, and opening up to a part of us that perhaps we’ve fallen out of touch with. This is an opportunity to tap into how we used to feel before we started to judge, worry, compare and feel fear. This week is an invitation to find joy within ourselves. To reconnect, rediscover, and access the joy that already lives within.

WEEK 2: THE EMBODIMENT
This week we focus on living our joy. What does that feel like? The feeling of delight. Of embracing our spirit. Of wellbeing, lightness, and playfulness. How does that feel in our body? Let’s explore how to embody joy through meditation, play, laughter, practices, and reflections. This week we’re learning how to give ourselves permission to feel the embodiment of joy.

WEEK 3: THE INTEGRATION
We’ve reflected so far on how we’ve felt joy in the past and how we can feel it in our body in each moment. Now, let’s explore how we can carry this feeling with us. This week we’re learning to access these feelings of joy, lightness and happiness. Even when we have moments of sadness or overwhelm. How can we honor feelings, yet still return to a sense of inner peace and contentment?
