New Moon Meditation 10: Meditation for Deep Self-Reflection

Today's meditation is for inner balance and deep self-reflection. As the Moonโ€™s light has decreased with only a small Crescent visible, the potential to look inward has increased.

This is a lying down meditation. We encourage you to do this meditation right before bed, or when you are in bed so you can fall asleep right after.
