Items that have not been worn, used or de-tagged can be returned/exchanged within Seven (7) days of the delivery with the following conditions:

CANADA : Transaction Heroe’s Fulfillment Center 12495 Horseshoe Way, Richmond, BC V7A 4X6
Once you have shipped your items please Fill out our returns form. Our customer service department will follow up with you and provide you your refund once status is set as delivered.
*We will not accept returns that are sent COD. Items rejected at delivery will be charged the shipping fee.*
Faulty Items
Every product we send out is inspected to ensure it's of the highest quality. However, if you happen to receive a broken or damaged item please email us and we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned within 7 days of purchase.
Please note that the natural variances in the gemstones is not considered a manufacturing fault.
