Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase - unless there is a statutory holiday. During the holiday season, an order can take up to 5 days to ship. FEDEX is our carrier.

Mala Collective does not cover customs, duty, or import charges or fees for international orders. The purchaser is responsible for all such charges.  


Q: I paid for faster shipping but my order arrived after the estimated time. Can I get my money back?
A: We do not refund shipping charges. These times are provided by service provider and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. We believe your piece will arrive right when it's suppose to. 
*please note: If there is a statutory holiday during the time your order is shipped, there will be delays as the shipping service may be closed.

Shipping & Delivery

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier.  

Please note, we will only accept claims for lost or stolen merchandise if a tracking number is provided. Tracking numbers come with all purchased shipping and are provided via the confirmation e-mail after the order is shipped.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or missing items that do not have a tracking number or are in process with the courier or in the case it has been delivered, does not have a signature at delivery point.

Our prices are listed in USD dollars and do not include taxes and shipping charges.
