In this meditation, we will journey from the headspace, or the monkey mind, down into the heart space. Connect to a sense of home in your heart and forge new pathways within.
When to use
Allow whatever is happening outside your body to occur, but find steadiness within. This meditation is great to use before an adventure. Banish fears and seek the unknown.
