Guided Meditation: Banishing Fear

In order to banish fear, we must acknowledge what we are afraid of and meet it head on. Fear lives in the darkest areas of the body. In this meditation we will use the breath to pour light into these areas of darkness. Allow feelings of lightness to fill up the body as more possibilities open up.
When to use
Use this meditation whenever you feel the vibrations of fear filling up within. Have a big job interview coming up? Embarking on a new adventure? Allow this meditation and your I Am Fearless mala to support you as your face fear.
