Connecting the head and the heart is a practice. You must honor your truth. Your feelings, emotions, struggles and desires. Once you've honored yourself, you can move closer towards harmony — finding the connection between head and heart. When we are here, we are connected to our higher self. This journey of synchronicity requires non-judgement, love, and kindness for ourselves. Be gentle, and trust in the process.
